Factory Overview

Our main production facility is located in Anping County, Hengshui, Hebei Province — a region with deep roots in wire mesh manufacturing and a dense concentration of specialist material suppliers. The plant covers 40,000 m² and integrates raw material storage, precision machining, stamping, welding, assembly, and quality inspection under one roof, with an annual output capacity of 150,000 m² of conveyor belts and 100,000 metres of drive chains.

Manufacturing Workshop

Our weaving and assembly workshops operate dedicated production lines for different belt types — balanced spiral, flat flex, chain link, compound weave, eye link, and more. Specialised wire forming machines, band-weaving lines, coiling equipment, and edge-sealing stations allow us to switch between specifications efficiently while maintaining tight dimensional tolerances across every production run.

Our equipment base includes laser cutting machines, CNC punching machines, CNC machine tools, turret punching machines, CNC bending machines, and precision wire forming machines. This range of plant enables us to manufacture more than ten categories of metal conveyor belt entirely in-house — from raw wire to finished, tested belt — with full dimensional control at every stage.
