Our manufacturing facility is located in Anping County, Hengshui, Hebei Province — the recognised national centre of wire mesh production in China. The 40,000 m² site encompasses dedicated departments for raw material storage, precision machining, stamping, welding, assembly, and cleaning, all within a single integrated campus.

The facility is equipped with laser cutting machines, CNC punching machines, CNC machine tools, turret punching machines, CNC bending machines, and precision wire forming machines — enabling in-house manufacture of over ten categories of metal conveyor belt, from raw wire to finished, tested product, without sub-contracting any production stage.

Quality Control

PFM SCREEN Belting has held ISO 9001 certification since 2003, with the quality management system covering design review, incoming raw material verification, in-process controls, and final product release.

Our in-house quality laboratory conducts the following tests on every production batch before dispatch:

Tensile Test
Wire tensile strength and overall belt breaking load are measured and verified against the specification before any product leaves the facility.

Corrosion / Erosion Test
Salt spray and acid/alkali immersion tests confirm that the selected alloy grade meets the corrosion resistance requirements of the customer's operating environment.

Expansion / Contraction Test
Thermal cycling tests validate belt dimensional behaviour under repeated heating and cooling — critical for furnace and oven conveyor applications.

Quasi-Static Crash Test
Structural integrity under sudden high-impact load conditions is verified, ensuring the belt can withstand unexpected surge loads without failure.

Three-Point Bending Test
Flexural stiffness and fatigue resistance are validated to ensure the belt can withstand repeated wrap-around a drive sprocket over its full service life.
