The 3m ultra-wide Plate Link Conveyor Belt is ready to be shipped to Indonesia

In April this year, a mechanical engineer from Indonesia got in touch with us through the Internet. Their company is a local Wood Pellet Manufacture. 

Their factory plans to expand a new production line to expand production capacity. This time they contacted us to customize a set of heavy-duty plate link conveyor belt for this production line. The width of this conveyor belt reaches 3 meters and the conveyed materials are also very heavy.

The customer is very concerned about the design parameters of this conveyor belt, because less attention may cause the conveyor belt to fail to work properly. During this process, our engineers with more than ten years of conveyor belt design experience provided important suggestions to customers. In order to prevent the conveyor belt from being bent and deformed during operation, we designed 2 rows support rollers for the customer’s conveyor belt at the bottom. Customers are very satisfied with the suggestions we provide. With the joint efforts of both parties, the design of the conveyor belt was completed.

Before placing an order, the customer entrusted a colleague from Jinan office to review our factory. After confirming our production capacity, customer placed an order for us.

At present, the conveyor belt has been produced, all parameters are in accordance with the design, and it is ready to be shipped to Indonesia.
